Pricing FAQ
What does "lifetime updates" actually mean?
Every release in the v1.x family — patches (v1.0.1, v1.0.2…) and feature minors (v1.1, v1.2…) — is yours. If we ever ship a v2 with a fundamentally different architecture, current customers get a substantial upgrade discount (no less than 50% off). We will be loud and clear about that boundary if we ever approach it.
Can I install Quire on more than one machine?
Yes. Your Woalz library follows you — install on your desktop, laptop, and writing tablet. The Woalz desktop client manages the license; you don't have to count seats.
Can I buy team licenses?
Not yet. Until we ship a Studio tier (planned for Phase 30+), buy one license per writer. For a game studio purchasing 5+ seats at once, email support@woalz.com for volume terms.
How does the refund work?
14 days from purchase, no questions. Use the refund button in your Woalz library, or email support@woalz.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Is there a free trial?
Not at this stage. The 14-day refund window functions as a no-risk trial — buy it, use it for two weeks, refund if it doesn't fit your workflow. We may add a time-limited demo later in 2026.
Do I pay extra for Pelukis AI illustration?
The Pelukis aspect ships with a free mock provider (offline SVG placeholders). Real image generation via Replicate, fal, or DALL-E uses your provider account and credits — we don't mark it up. Mock provider is fine for many workflows.
Why Rp 299.000 specifically?
It's the price that makes Quire accessible to a working novelist in Jakarta and still sustainable for our team to keep building. We benchmarked against Scrivener (~Rp 750k) and Articy:Draft (~Rp 8jt) and chose a number that sits comfortably below the entrenched English-market tools.
